When Syphilis Test conclusive?

Hi

I've the exposure arount 3 months ago. (Unprotected with the hooker, im the insertive partner). As per my exposure, i realized that it is also the risk for STI.

So, at 95th day post I've test the TREPONEMAL TEST (CMIA/ECLIA) (which is shown on report) for syphilis. The result back as Non-Reactive. Doctor told me just only you dont have syphilis.

Im not quite sure about the detail of testing since I have less discussion in detail with him and still be excited that time.

So my question here are:

1. Is it the same type of TPHA test?
2. Is the time 95th day post exposure conclusive? If not what is the proper time to retest again if the retest is required.

Thank you for your help.
