White drop Semen/sperm from pennis while going stool
Sometimes i observe white sperm drop discharge coming from Pennis head while going stool. Feeling stressed please help me if it is concerned to any std/sti. Feeling frequent urinate and small itching not painful.
Recently i had mouth to mouth kiss and sucked breast with massage girl. No sexual intercource or oral or anal.
Please help me is im at any risk.

Kissing will never expose you to any STD. Unless the person you kiss have active blisters on the lips which could suggest he/she has herpes.

Thank you. I or her didnot had any blisters on the lips. Her lips were dry not even cracks. Is it still a risk to transfer any stds or herpes by kissing.

None of that is a risk for STDs.
Discharge while having a bowel movement could be a sign of a urinary tract infection, a prostate infection, or it could be totally normal for you. You've not done anything to put you at risk for an STD, and if you got herpes from kissing her, the infection would be on your mouth, not your genitals. It doesn't travel through your body.
Kissing or sucking breasts doesn't pose any risk for STDs.
If you have no other symptoms of an infection- no pain with urination, no tenderness or pain in your testicles, etc., then this may be just normal for you. If you get any other symptoms, see your doctor.
