White lesions inside urethra (in the opening)

I am male 36 years. After 2 days of brief oral sex exposure for 10 seconds, mouth to Penis. I started having discomfort in my urethra and after 4 days of exposure, that discomfort turned into burning in the urethra. Went to the urgent care they gave me a shot and prescribedDoxy, within 1 day of taking Doxy the burning sensation in urethra gone. However, I was still continuing my Doxy Antibiotics which was given for 10 days. But to my surprise the burning sensation came back within 2 days while taking Doxy and it continued, on 10th day of exposure I opened the urethra and found White lesions in urethra (in the urethra opening) urethra top and bottom, got panicked and went to my GP got the swab test for Herpes - came back negative. after 12 weeks of exposure IGG blood test was negative for HSV1 and HSV2. But the white lesions are still there it's been 5 months, now the burning sensation occasionally I get it after I pee and sometimes there is irritation like itching but not often only sometimes. I am worried about the lesions still there. Not growing in size. One day it seems they are going away and one day they seem like still the same. I am confused. Is this some type of HPV if it's not Herpes. Please advice. Appreciate your help.

No, none of the doctors checked for fungal infection. I asked my Urologist as well but he said it doesn't look like fungal. Not sure what it is. it came right after exposure about 10 days and 3 days after taking antibiotics.

If he doesn't think fungal, what does he think? Did he culture anything?
Why are you playing the guessing game, ask for them to take samples and make cultures and you will know. Until then drink a lot of fluids, and take some probiotics, they can cause no harm.
I was expecting him to take samples when he (Urologist) ordered cystoscopy, . That cystoscopy ordeal is a big story I still have pain for the past 2 months in my pubic area...  so right after the cystoscopy he said it is herpes then I went and got the blood test done IGG HSV1 and 2 after 12 weeks of exposure came back negative... then I asked him if he has taken any samples. But he said nothing suspicious or non-malignant lesions found so did not take any samples. Here I am dealing with cystoscopy pain and still no clue what are these urethra lesions are.
Have you followed up with him? That you are still in pain and have these lesions is something he needs to know.
Yes, when I called the nurse that I have pain they scheduled an appointment. Then my Urologist checked for hernia and asked where exactly I am getting pain, I explained the pain is in pubic area where the bladder is, then he said I don't see anything alarming and said he did not take any biopsy from the bladder or from anywhere for that matter, (he did rigid cystoscopy with the intention to take biopsy if found anything suspicious) and he said the lesions present in the opening of the urethra are not pathological so nothing to worry about. He gave pain killers for the bladder pain and  Iam taking as much rest as possible to heal this bladder pain. No long walks no running no activity, want to see if the pain reduces overtime.
And also I have talked to another Urologist on JustAnswer explained to him about the lesions and told the whole story and send pictures. After looking at the pictures and background what happened, he responded that it is a mild discoloration in the urethra and it doesn't indicate any type of disease.
Good, I'm glad to hear this. :)

Hope you are feeling better from the rest of it.

I agree with mkh - get checked for fungal infections, which can happen when you take antibiotics.

It doesn't sound at all like HPV or herpes.

Hi and sorry you are having this issue. Have you been checked for a yeast infection? It can be white and can itch and/or burn. Some yeast are resistant to antifungal medication too. I would go back to the doctor and explain what has happened. That is what it sounds like at this point. You don't have any fever do you or any other symptoms?
