White patch on glands and inside foreskin

Hi,

My exposure history:
I'm 23 and 2 years ago i had an encounter with a girl. It was protected by a condom. Some 6 months later i developed a wart on the left side at the base of my penis which had been removed at the std clinic, some 3 months later from removal of the wart i developed again a new one in the same region at the base of my penis which went away when i pulled it.

New symptoms:
Some 4  months ago i developed a white patch (it was very white) on my glans at the right side of meatus, it wasn't round it extend towards the base for some 1,5 cm, at the same time i found another one inside my foreskin in the area which comes to contact with glans (Area which comes to contact with the white patch), and this second one was large some 2 cm in diameter. These patches were slightly raised, they were not painful but some times itchy.

I went to see a doctor who told me it doesn't seems like an STD and to wait a couple of months to see if it goes away. after 2 months that area becamed darker (Both patches) and the whitish color turned black. I went to see the doctor again who told me it seems like fat in the skin and not HPV or any other STD. Now 4 months later the area is still black and there is anothr white patch inside my foreskin (Which is some 3mm in diameter) which looks similar to previous white patches.

I'm very worried, what these patches could be?

if you haven't seen a dermatologist yet, by all means do so.

this doesn't sound std related.

Hi Grace,

just to inform you, i went to a different dermatologist who diagnosed it as a mild case of lichen sclerosus.

Thank you again for your support.

No, as Grace said this would not be STD related.

Hi Grace,

Thank you for your reply. The doctor who checked me is a dermatologist who didn't cared much about that, he said it could be due to fat in the skin. Just to relax my mind, Is it possible to get any symptoms like this after 2 years from a possible exposure?

Thank you so much.
