White spots on penis and tongue issue are STD symptoms?

I had white spots on the glans(penis head) around 5 days back. Went to urologist and he gave atarax and defcort. The skin from those spots have started to peel off now. I am worried if this is not an STD. I had sec with Sex workers around 4 to 5 years back but that was a protected one. A condom burst once nit sure from tip or side but it was immediately changed by sex worker. I never kissed them but they gave ******** without condom. I am worried about this. Please suggest. I also have geographic tongue for the past 4 months. I have been to 2 different urologists for this. Both of them after seeing the penis said there is no need to worry.
