Risk of STD from brief oral encounter?

Ok so about 5 nights ago i got wasted and got unprotected oral (im a guy) from a CSW for about 10-15mins max. She seemed clean and didnt have any visible sores or anything to draw my attention.
At first i didnt notice any symptoms but i had immediatly regretted my decesion and i washed my penis with dove soap and old spice for the next two nights, respectivly. On the third morning i woke up and noticed two minor red bumps on my penis. They itched and i kept feeling an itch or a sensation of sorts coming from down there for next two days (day 3-4).
On the 4th day one of the bumps went away comppetly and the other one was getting better. Its now the night of day 5 and the second bump is improving, my penis is still just a little sensitive. I have developed a bit of a cough over the last couple days, nothing serious as i do smoke a lot of weed. A couple hours ago what appears to have been the lymph node in my armpit mildly swole up and then went away in like 1-2 hours.
Do you guys think these are mild signs of an std? Im dying of anxiety right now idk what to think. I feel like im more aware of any sensations in my penis lately and ive been checking it comstantly through out thedsy for the last couple days. Sometimes im not thinking about this whole situation and its like i dont feel anything from down there. As if the sensation comes and goes.
Please help any input is appreciated.

Unprotected oral sex is a low risk for NGU, gon, syphilis, herpes, and HPV. The two bumps on your penis are likely a reaction to the soaps used. No other symptoms you bring up are related to any std concern

To clarify. The itch was not persistent for the duration of those 2 days. It was on and off through out the day. Also a sensation of sorts after peeing and ejaculstion which subsided after the two days. Thats why im wondering if its all im my head or these are real symptoms. All of the "symptoms" i have displayed have been mild and not painful. I just wanted to clarify.
