Why I still have Trich after following all instructions given to me

I was infected with Trich in June 2018 that also came with a urine infection . Went to the sti clinic and the nurse gave me antibiotics to clear the urinr infection that was dosaged 3 times a day over 4 days (12 pills)  While taking this antibiotic I drank alcohol one of those days . I then came back to get treatment for Trich where the nurse gave me 5 antibiotics to take all at ONCE on one day . I felt fine after that however I was still having irregular heavy bleeding (on birth control ) . The bleeding then stopped and I was having itchy yellow thick discharge that then changed to dark brown and dark red which was also thick . I really don’t know what to do as I did everything asked and I still have it in July 2018 . Please help as I’m worried it won’t go away

Burning when urinating , itching while wiping , unusual smelly discharge
the main proof of trich is a green discharge. retest to confirm
Even when the clinic recognised I had Trich I never had green discharge. I’m doubting green discharge is main proof I’ve never had it before even though I’ve been infected with Trich
