Will tests identify if you haven’t gone far back enough for std throat swab

How do you know if you haven’t gone far back enough to the back of the throat when taking a self swab throat sample for gonorrhoea and chlamydia. Will the test come back as inconclusive if you haven’t gone back far enough?

Yes, probably, but I don't know what that line is. You should check with the people who sent you the test to get exact info.
