Worried about possible danger to my life. Feeling suicidal.

I am feeling suicidal right now. Please help me.
I had two dreadful instances.
1.I had sex with a prostitute with a condom 3 weeks back, but had a very week erection as such I believe I have contracted STD. Though I entered her with a condom and with drew with a condom with the semen in It not sure if her vaginal fluids entered in the condom. The condom had no cuts nor was it broken - but I had really a poor erection during sex w/t her in missionary position.
2.I had sex with a women yesterday, who put 3 condoms I thrust her only twice later licked her breasts then she masterbated me with hand. She did cough.Since this happened in bushes of bamboo.Had bruises on my hands . Mostly touched my condom to remove it.May be I contacted with her vaginal fluids on the condom with my hand which had a cut which wasent bleeding and 20hrs old which was dry.I washed my hands with pepsi and water after 15-20 minutes.
My symtoms - Had burning sensation of penis with it turning red, had pain and burning during passing of urine and stools, feeling of nausea, little stiffness in the neck.low appetite, no entusiasm have small pimples painful on my hands , abdomen(mainly stomach and back) that have started healing.Drowsiness. and muscle pain in my thighs , tingling in hands. Please I am really scared if this is really a death sentence. Please suggest tests that need to be done and at what duration and for what.

To me, from the sounds of it you seem safe from STD. But as others have said, you should get yourself tested just to ease your mind and put this to rest and move forward with your wife. And as for your symptoms, you are most likely just worrying yourself half to death and are feeling nervous/anxious...just relax. There's not much else you can do besides get tested and get the proof you need that you are STD/HIV negative, which I'm pretty sure is the case. Hope this helps!

The best thing to do is to get tested anyway just for your own peace of mind. You practiced safe sex, and safe sex means avoiding STDs, regardless of whether you have sex with a girl you've known for a while or a prostitute. No matter how many times someone tells you that you did not have a risk for STD, it's not going to subside your worries until you get tested and you see the negative results yourself. Just hang in there and get all your tests at 3 months and you will see that you had nothing to worry about in the first place.
See your Dr for your symptoms as you were told.

Actually I was to get married so before my marraige i did this worthless thing. If i get married Is my partner safe since u told I dont have std?

If you are considering suicide, please call your local suicide hotline and get some counseling. call a friend or at least your doctor to talk to about how you are feeling.
You've been having protected sex. You are not at high risk for std's. See your provider about your other symptoms - they don't sound std related.

Condoms do not just have holes in them, they break and you know it if they do. Most symptoms are not STD related. Sounds more like anxiety then anything.
I promise I will never go to a prostitute again I am promising it before the medhelp community.I will mend my ways.Also having dry cough and malaise.forgot to add it so added. Please answer me
