Yeast Infection?

I've been having on and off issues with I'm not sure what it is but I'm at the point where I just think it's a yeast infection.

My symptoms appeared while I wasn't even sexually active for maybe a year. So a year and a half ago probably at this point now I got a real bad itch in(yes in) my penis, it wasn't consistent but would flare up and it was intense. It was usually followed by a discharge that more times than not I had to kinda milk out. It was either clear or white tinted every time. I tested negative for Chylmadia, Gonnorhea, Syphilis, HIV and I was told since there was no real test for Trich in men but with the swab it didn't appear present.

Now I wasn't sure if I might of had Trich, or some other STD they didn't test for or maybe herpes or warts. The negative tests did nothing because I was still having some mild symptoms and no answers. I went to urologist and dermatologist, both said I had no signs or warts or herpes. I guess that was a relief but still no answers and still have faint symptoms. I notice he itching in more places in my groin area now, in and on my penis as well as scrotum and under my scrotum. All these symptoms since the initial period are not nearly as bad but noticable. On my last trip to the urologist I was given a pill for yeast. It may have helped but didn't clear it so I'm not sure it if it really helped or not. There were times I pull my foreskin back (I am on the smaller side in size so even though I am cut my shaft skin extends around my head and it looks basically like I am uncut) and ran my finger on the area under the head and there is white stuff on my finger that idk what it is but I assume yeast? No pain when I pee.

Eventually I gave up with all the doc visits and hoped it just completely went away. It has gotten better but not gone. I most likely get an itch on my shaft and around the head and sometimes in my penis. It's faint but I feel it. Very little discharge again I have to milk out. I'm asking again because my wife is having what she says are yeast infections a day or two after we have sex. Not sure if she is misdiagnosing herself but I take her on her word. It's not every time but if we do it on consecutive days it seems to happen. This happened twice now.

My questions are.. with the negative tests how likely is it some weird STD I wasn't tested for? Maybe something that was dormant? Sound anything like herpes or warts? Are yeast infections my wife are having anything like an STD would be like? If it happened twice and was relatively quick after "exposure" can it be an STD? Am I freaking myself out and it's really just a yeast infection? If so, How do I fully clear it up?
