Yellow Watery Discharge

What STD causes a light yellowish watery discharge (that is daily and excessive), and it also contains "boogers" that are green/brown/yellow? It smells musty/foul.

You probably wouldn't want to know that Ive had this for months. I thought it was hormonal or something, as Ive never had any type of infection before.

I read the things that increase vaginal PH are:
hormones from ovulation
period
sperm
infection
certain std's,
The first three don't apply as none of those were the cause.
I could totally see infection though.
And unless my husband cheated or Ive had a STD lying dormant, that can be crossed off the list as well.
What confused me about the Vagisil Test is it mentioned it doesn't check for STD's, but yet mentions "Trich" as a possibility as well as BV.
It is good to know the tests (Vagisil) are accurate.

you needed to be seen and have proper testing done and get antibiotics. have you done that yet?  this is not something that can dealt with at home with at home vaginitis tests.

Hi

You are wasting your money by doing self home kits for any STD, because if you come out positive or something you'll have to go to the doctor and test there again anyway.   Unless you are finacially secure then go for it.

The Kit test you mention is pretty good, or else they wouldn't be selling them.

The answer to you last question is chlamydia can increase vaginal PH, but this is not a way to diganose yourself with chalmydia.  Go to a phsycian so they can swab you or provide a sample urine test.    BV and trich also increase PH, but another thing that increases PH is being on your monthly cylce.   Again visit your OB/GYN or a physican.

One more question for ya if you don't mind:
Do you think those Vagisil Infection Screening Test are accurate? It says my PH is 6.0.
And can other STD's like Chlamydia increase vaginal PH or just BV and Trich?

Can either of those be very watery? (like comes out like pee, but it isn't pee, it's from vagina). I am having urine frequency also and pelvic tenderness.

you need to go and be seen today or tomorrow for a proper work up. this is most likely either bv or even trich going on and you need a proper diagnosis and treatment to make it go away. putting off being seen and tested properly can effect your future fertility and cause your issues in your reproductive track so you want to take care of this promptly.
