I have burning on my penis right under the head and when it’s burning there are super tiny bumps but when it stops burning the bumps are gone and it’s off and on throughout the day

Honestly I can’t tell if it’s bumps or not I have to have a flashlight on my phone to see “them” but I just noticed that the rest of my skin kind of gives off the same look (it’s dried out a little and reflectant)
