at a loss...

So. Quick summary then my question.ill try to be to the point since it's a lot of info.  Had a vasectomy like 7 months ago which had caused some pain in my left testicle. fast forward a few months, diagnosed with chlamydia which was treated. After a few months had some issues that felt like it wasn't cured. Retested  and was negative. Problem persisted so saw another dr, tested for all they could test and all still negative. Went back to dr, he said possible slight epididymitis which is read can happen both from std or sometimes vasectomy. So like 2 months now I have had these symptoms with no real answer. Slight redness/rash on tip of penis around hole. Slight itchiness which feels external. Sometimes a feeling like something is inside penis. Itchy anus on occasion, pain in testicles  on occasion. Also, weird or maybe my mind over thinking, but i feel clammy, warm like down there. But no discharge. . These symptoms come and go... any ideas or help would be great! It's quite annoying.

Sorry can't really say. Have you had unprotected sex with anyone who is not a regular partner?
