You really had a risk, sir. You were intoxicated and were not aware of her status. Were these encounters protected? If not, you did have a risk. Unprotected oral is a low risk means of std transmission. You can get gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis. You also did mention brief penetration. Unprotected vaginal sex is a risk too. I would get tested through a panel. You can get tested now for both gono and chlamydia. You may have to wait for Syphilis in 4-6 weeks (If a chancre appears, immediate testing is recommended), herpes (if symptoms are present, testing can be done right away) 3-4 months, and HIV (6-8 weeks are good indicators of what your status may be at the 3 month mark) 3 months. Luckily for you, I have a bit of good news. A single brief exposure of vaginal sex with an infected woman is 1/1000. It would have to take more than one session with the same woman over and over just to get it. There are free std clinics everywhere in the states but you may have to do research at your end. You should not medicate yourself as a precaution because that may lead into bad side effects. You need to get yourself tested and if symptoms do appear, get it checked out.
