bleeding

had protected vaginal intercourse with a CSW. I made no skin to skin contact whatsoever not even pubic mound or leg contaact.  lasted 30 seconds and she started to bleed.  She has seen a doctor about this and they cant come up with a reason.  Has happened for years apparently?!  she was very tight.  some blood got on the bottom of the shaft below the condom.  I immediately wiped it off with baby wipes, soap and water.  She has no other symptoms.  any risk here?  PS.  I did not continue after this.  Got scared and left.

last question, promise.  I have an ingrown hair which I pulled this morning (before sex with said CSW).  I dont think any blood touched the area, but if it did, would there be risk of any STI/HIV?

No, as you used a condom.

was there any significant risk?  should I seek testing?

Blood exposure doesn't increase STD risk any more than sex without bleeding.
