chlamydia treatment? Not working?

I was tested for Chlamydia which came back positive, My doctor gave me the one dose of Azithromycin . Its been a two weeks since I took the pills, and I'm having loose stools which it hasn't stop since I took the pose. Also I have a burning sensation on my vagina when I pee. About a week ago I had some white little dots on my vagina which have dissapear. My doctor says I have a UTI.  But im still worried that It may be something else. Should I be tested for something else? or are these common side effects?

Azithromycin is commonly known for giving people diarrhoea- even up to two weeks later. If you have a burning sensation it could just be residual irritation from the chlamidya- but I would get a urine sample checked to be sure.

Little white dots would have to be examined by a nurse or doctor.

Hi yes it is very possible to get genital reaction to meds but for women its most often a yeast infection not inside your urethra. Loose stools is not an symptom of chlamydia or UTI but maybe the meds. I would suggest a follow up with your doc about this. After 5 days you should not have any symptoms of chlamydia.
