discharge of penis

dear sir ,

              i am shinu from uae. i have penis discharge when i go bathroom morning and some time when i think sex . but when ever i go bathroom for stool some time i notice that i have white and cloudy discharge from penis . and some time color less discharge . i don't HIV and all STI testing in std clinic as per him and report i don't have any STI . and he told me its likely no error because test is taken in polymerase chain reaction method. but i don't know why i have some time white and cloudy discharge should i go to doctor again or its ok.

dear sir .
        today i taken again urine test in std clinic but i told last time i taken sample just after 20 min of my normal urine . and he told ok so today i taken after 2 hour of urine . and he told its free we will conform ones again . but just now i got report he only done Microscopic Examination when i called him he told its ok if you have chlamydia and gonorrhea you will get in this microscopid  report also . and in microscopid report all nromal .
please can you suggest its ok or not . should i need to worrie in my report

dear sir i given my sti urine test just after 20 min of   normal urine in morning . but PCR TEST  came negative all normal can i believe in that test that i don't have any sti . should this penis discharge some time white and some time cloudy  only when i go stool did it can give me infertility should i go to doctor . and if i see the doctor which doctor can treat good because as per std clinic doctor its a normal as per him it can  be as gland activity  but when i notice frist this around 1 and half year back actually i don't have any sex  that time . please give replay i am just married and worried i dont want to give any thing to my partner.

Urine test should be done at least 1hr after last urine, maybe false negative because sample was not good?

But since you noticed this over a year ago before sex then this is not a STD and like I said probably normal seminal fluid.

Could be normal seminal fluid from an erection or maybe a prostate infection.
