Tell you its not cancer?  I can't do that hon, but I can tell you the chances of it are really really low.  Anal cancers are rare.

You really just need to be seen by the doc.  What if you have spent all this time worrying, and you have something as simple as a yeast infection?

The diagnosis isn't going to change whether you go tomorrow or wait another month freaking, so why not just go?

You really do need to let the doctor know that you have been sexually active.  I don't know if this is an std or not, but your doctor can't provide you with the best care without knowing it.

I also sincerely doubt this is cancer.
