during sensation when i pee and penis head is sensitive and pinky

So a few months ago someone gave me head ( oral) and since then I have been having burning/ needle feeling when I pee. it's located in the tip of the penis as soon as the pee come out I feel burning. Also,  the area around the penis head is a bit pink which I don't remember having this color.
I have been to the urologist twice and every time he gives me antibiotics to use for two weeks.

it's much better now compared to when it started but I still feel little burning sometimes. also, the penis head is sensitive and pinky. I'm starting to get depressed!! what should I do?

thanks for responding. iv already tested and came clean. What other tests should I do?  if antibiotics were the cure, it is normal for it takes that long to work or does it usually work from the first time you take it.

I am by no means an expert but in my searching online, burning while urinating and redness around the opening could be urethritis (https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/urethritis-symptoms-causes-treatments#1).  If I were you, I'd go get tested for Chlamydia and Gonorreah as they can both cause urethritis.
