girlfriends hip pain

I was wondering if my girlfriends symptoms sound like an std?
she claims to have hip pain in the groin area, up into the hip area connects to the upper thigh, around the lymph noid area, she doesnt seem to have swelling.  it also hurts her on the outside top of her hip bone area.   No other symptoms.  I was worried because I have the same type of pain and I thought I could have caught an std.  I was checked for chlmydia, Gonnarhea, syhlis, Hep C, and HIV, I was negative for all of these, so she would be as well.  I nor her has had any herpes symptoms.  Any ideas of something else? could we have something wierd?

Maybe.  Could also have been bursitis, periformis syndrome, osteoarthritis of the hip, lower back problems.  Very hard to diagnose over the internet.  At any rate, this post was 7 years ago now so hopefully the problem has been resolved, but do know, MedHelp doesn't really let us discuss other things than what the forum is about and this one is about STDs.  Welcome to the site, though.

No STD would cause any of your gf's symptoms. She should check with her doctor if she is concerned about them.

Additional info.
She thinks its from when she had a baby, 7 years ago.  shes been excersizing lately and thinks she agrivated it some split pelvis issues.  Im just worried I could have given her something.  My Dr. gave me Doxycycline  and it didnt seem to help me.  Could it be something else?  I know how our minds connect the dots when we are worried.  I just find it odd that we both have similar symptoms, but again Iv tested neg for almost all stds.  I didnt get tested for trich, but my symptoms dont seem to match this.  Any ideas?  Please help.
