gonorrhea patient but still no yet cured after 3 weeks

hi, everyone, after 3-4 days exposure with my gf, i have tested got gonorrhea due to havinh urine pain and discharge of fluid. After that, doctor give me doxycyline 100mg 5 days and rocephine, no pain on urine, discharge decreased till almost no at the second week. At first day of third week, i got tested, gonorrhea still exist and then get rocephine injection, but after that, discharge occurs penis itchy, now is forth week, discharge little more yellowish and itchy some times. Is my situation become serious? My doctor said I cant be given antibiotic but injection till I recovered.

1) Wait for two weeks and get another test.
2) if you are still not cured, go see an infectious disease specialist and they will change the antibiotic regimen

I m very appreciate to ur advice, thank you so much. Do I need to avoid any food or eat more on some specific foods for gonorrhea? Everytime I have discharge on my underwear but I always stay wearing it because working whole day, will the discharge of fluid infect myself? I actually do listen to doctor not having to my gf till now, but really dont know what reason to let the bacteria still exist.

1) it is nothing related to food
2) u r already infected and u cant infect urself. Anyways, those discharge are mostly pus and water. Which is made by ur immune system
3) just follow up with ur doctor

Ok, I still curious whether my hiv report correctly or not, at first testing actually included cmia hiv testing, even though its non reactive, but i got tested only after 4 days of exposure. Is the hiv report is correct without waiting a window period, because doctor said that its final result, no needed to test hiv anymore, is that true? I checked via internet, window period also differently, I m afraid any wrong on my report. Because me and gf planning to get married, dont know how to do now...

It depends on what type of hiv test done.  But for most tests, it is not conclusive. Except rna test, which have a range from 3 days to a few weeks.
How was the test done? What type of test u got?

The report was done once after 4 days of my unprotected exposure, that showed cmia hiv (ag/ab) - non reactive.
I have only one night unprotected sex with gf, other time we hav using condom. And actually I have sex with other 2 ladies before her but have using condom also.
Somemore, I forget to tell you that I actually have muscle pain and frequent urine from the start.
