I had an oral sex with prostitute before 3 weeks ago , after 2 days of oral sex i took zithromax 1 gram antibiotic because i was scare of any bacterial infect and then after 5 days I got flu so the doctor described me penicillin in that time i felt nothing will happen if i slept with my gf, so i had sex with her , but unfortuenately i started feeling itchy when i urinate and my gf start feel itchy and discharge appeared  so we both took 400 mg cefixim plus 1 g zithromax .
and this was before 7 days ago and we did not have sex from that time.

for her she told that she is ok and there is nothing while for me iam still feel itchy and pain while i urinate .

I do not know if i had fail treatment because of alot of antibiotic that i took within 3 weeks or still symptoms can not  dissapear

Yeah I will try it .
I think it is like what you said it is injury irritation from my touching and using alot of hygiene within the last 3 weeks

There should also be a white puss discharge so without that its mostlikely an injury irrtation from constant touching and pulling it checking for things. You can do one thing. In the morning before uriination, try milking your penis and if no white puss comes out thats a good sign its not std related but have a followup with your doc just to confirm your ok.

I just feel burning sensation while iam urinate and itchy feeling after urinate

My gf told me that she never had discharge like this before and never had yeast infection . But now she came back normal

With her discharge it would appear as a yeast infection and regard to NGU its best to ask your doc about this. What exactly are your current symptoms?

One more thing 1 g of zithromax is enough also to treat the NGU

My gf had also discharge whitish to yellow discharge and it was gone so this is why I suggested gonorrhea.

For syphillis and herpes iam going to check but I think it is still early to do test as the result will not be accurate 100% before 3 months.

But my concern why she become ok 100 % while iam not !!

Hi, if you recieved oral sex from her there would be a risk for Gonoreah but your symptoms donot indicate this infection as there would be a white puss discharge an burning while urinating. The other possibility is a simple UTI as bacteria common in saliva is not common inside the urethra. Sometimes these infection are a bit tricky to clear up if this is what you have so i would suggest a follow up with your doctor. Its also called NGU. Other than these, the other risk would be herpes and syphilis. so i would test for all of these before becoming intimate with her again.
