had unprotected sex with prostitue 2 years ago !! symptoms

hello
i had unprotected sex with prostitutes 2 years ago ! i did all tests after taking anti biotic
everything came negative only ! MRSA but i treated it with the anti biotic and it went a way
i still have uncomfortable feeling around my penis and testics sometimes bladder

it's the first time i have sex in my life sadly..
urologist SAID It's in MY HEAD ! ( psychosmantic)

i know i have Generalized anxiety disorder !
i had contant headaches for 3 years recently they start to subside !
and the psychiatrist said it's in MY HEAD ! ( psychosmantic)

Now could it be in my head all this 2 years ? is there some infections that can't be detected or cured ??
is it just anxiety ? contracted muscles ?
thankkss

It's amazing how our mind can make us have physical symptoms.  You had full testing, right? HIV and STD testing would be the normal thing to do after unprotected sex. You did this and everything is negative.  So, that's important to remember.  Keep reminding yourself of that.  Some people get caught in the trap of testing over and over.  But it's not necessary if you got negatives at the appropriate times.

Anxiety can cause stressed, contracted muscles which can lead to headache.  And we can be hyper focused on things so that we feel aches/pains.  Your doctor is probably telling you it is in your head because he's checked for reasons for it.  And has found none.

And mental health can cause physical symptoms.  Have you considered treating the mental health issues?
