You had no risk for any STD from this encounter.

Syphilis is transmitted by direct skin to skin contact with a sore, almost always mouth to genital, genital to genital, or genital to anal.

Hepatitis C is transmitted only by blood, and is rarely transmitted sexually. When it is, it's usually by anal sex.

If she had no contact with your penis at all, and you had no contact with her vaginal area, you can't have an STD.

I don't know about the pimple on your stomach, but it's not an STD. If it lingers for more than a day or two, or it gets really red, hot to the touch, or you get a fever, go to the doctor.

I remembered she kissed my chest , stomach and ear  for few secs  but i,m very sure she didnt touch or kiss my penis . Bcos of her kiss  can i get syphills ? whats the accuracy of RPR test after 14 days ?
No, you do not get syphilis from kissing. Also, the skin on your chest, stomach and ear is too thick for bacteria to penetrate like that.

The RPR, which you do not need because you had no risk for syphilis unless you had oral, vaginal or anal sex, is not at all accurate at 14 days. It can take up to 90 days to show positive, but most will by 6 weeks.
Many thanks . last question . should have to do any std  test ? should i have to worry about HSV2??
No, as I said, you had no risk for any STDs, so therefore, you don't need to test for anything, including hsv2.
please advise .. i,m worried now . is it possible if she had syphilis sore in her hand and while doing massage it may pass through to my stomach from her hand  because if she had sore in her hand then it may touch my stomach due to rough massage on my stomach and body ..
No, that's not possible.

Even if she had a syphilis sore on her hand, which is very, very unlikely, the skin on your stomach is too thick for syphilis to penetrate.

When I said you had no risk, I meant it. There are no "what if" scenarios that will change that.
Many thanks .....
I  applied fucidine  cream on the Pimple or bump  ( Bottom is red and head is white ) now its healed completely ..I sacred now can u tell me whats the possibility ?Because i remember after i masturbate myself ( 100 % sure i didnt allow her to touch my penis for masturbate  )  but  after masturbate myself ... she wiped put my penis with tissues paper  few secs only ..please  advise me  what are the chances ..
I think, if you read the post right above the one where you say 'many thanks' that you see the words, no risk. You need to focus on that and not allow anxiety to continue this spiral with you.  Get help for this anxiety that doesn't allow you to let things go.
Auntie jessi,
