hpv infection risk

Hi, thanks for having this forum to help us with paranoid minds. I had myself 2 shots of hpv vaccine few years ago. I missed the third dose of vaccine.
Recently, I have a blowjob with a friend that I met online (grindr). We sucked each other and his penis rubbed against my anus a few times. I was scared if I am vulnerable of getting hpv because i didnt finish my hpv vaccine last time. He told me that he never gets hpv vaccine before so I was very worried.
is my 2 shots of hpv vaccine last time able to prevent the transmission of hpv if that person has one. Please help

Getting HPV from oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex, so I wouldn't overly worry about that, and while you can get HPV from direct skin to skin contact, like his penis rubbing against your anus, a lot depends on how much friction there was, how long the contact was, etc.

There have been several studies on the effectiveness of 2 doses of the HPV vaccine, and it does offer significant protection, but not full protection.

This is mostly about women and cervical cancer, but you'll get the idea that 2 doses does offer a lot of protection - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4964672/

Talk to your doctor and see if you can still get the 3rd dose, but I wouldn't overly worry about this encounter. Your 2 doses of the vaccine will offer you a good deal of protection.

Tks for the reply! Appreciate.
Do you think oral gonorrhea and syphilis are possible
to get for this encounter? Quite worried too.
Yeah, those are possible.

Syphilis isn't that common, and he'd have to have had a sore on his penis for you to get that orally, but it's still possible. If you performed oral sex, you could get oral gonorrhea in your throat. If he gave you oral, you could get gonorrhea in your urethra.

You can get a blood test for syphilis at 6 weeks, and get a urine or swab test for urethral gonorrhea and a throat swab for oral gonorrhea at 5 days after the encounter.

All of this is lower risk than unprotected sex, but there is still some risk to it. I don't think you need to panic - most experts don't think oral sex itself warrants testing, but if you won't put yourself at risk with covid by going out to test, then go ahead and test. In some places, covid risk will be a bigger risk than your STD risk. I don't know where you are, so I can't answer that, but talk to your doctor.
