i dont know if i have something or not please help!!

So going on 5 months ago i had unprotected sex with this girl. i got this bump on the bottom of my penis it didnt hurt or itch or anything but i never had anything like that before so i was freaking out. well after it been there for about 3 weeks i went to the health department. i took all the test and they came back negative. it ended up being a hair follicule well after that i thought i was good togo.but then I started getting these red bumps on my arms and legs kinda look like bug bites but i was told bug bites look like herpes. so i waited and they came and go nuttin ever hurt. well one day i was curious and looked in my mouth and right at my throat was red and i had a mark on my throat that looked like a blister but it been there for a while like b4 i went to health department. well i just looked again today and noticed one more in my throat and about 2 weeks ago i had a bump pop up on my lip didnt hurt or look nasty it randomly popped up and went away in 2 days but no pain. well i just had a little bump pop up on the inside of my lip now but no pain or nasty lookin. could this blisters or bumps cause from stressing over nothin or possibly because of the heat?? plzzzz help take a load off my shoulders like no other!

This sounds very similar to my experience with syphilis. I would definitely recommend getting tested once again, specifically for syphilis (the great imitator). It is completely curable, so do not worry. Good luck.
