You had no risk..  Mutual Masturbation is considered safe sex.  You should not worry about this particular exposure.  Have a nice weekend...

The only things you could catch from this experience are mostly contracted non-sexually: a common cold, flu, or (very unlikely) oral herpes (cold sores), the last of which you probably have already been exposed to at some point in your life anyway.  You are at no risk for an STD.
