UPDATE: STD results came back negative? Help!?

I posted a question last week regarding having unprotected sex with a new partner.  He told me that his test came back negative before we had sex... Fast forward a few days after and I noticed a foul odor and an increase in discharge.  I was sure it was an STD.  Although I didnt know what. I also mentioned in my previous post that my partner was very well endowed and we had some trouble.
Anyway, I went to see my gyn, she ran some test and persribed everything under the sun.  The next day or so, the odor was back to my own and I felt better.  Then the test results came back negative for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomonas.  WTF? What else could it be?  Could it have been a yeast infection? Although I am a mother and am positive that I know my body, I thought I would know if it was a yeast infection. I've had one before.
I still feel like i have an increase in discharge although no odor.  I'm thinking of seeing another dr. and getting the tests done again.  Please help.. I'm so unsure what what is going on?

As long as you waited 1 week after the unprotected encounter those results would be valid. I would either follow up with your Dr or maybe find a new one for a 2nd opinion.

Well it could have been a yeast infection or maybe BV.
