Std question please help???

All of a sudden I've become nervous about stds. I am sexually active with my girlfriend. She's the only girl I've ever done stuff with. She on the other hand has had sex with another guy before. I'm 19 almost 20. We've been dating around half a year.
Never felt concerned about stds until I looked on Internet. The only other time I've been sexual was with another boy in early adolescence, never told ANYONE about that. I was 14 or 15 and he was 13 or 14. Let's say I go to the doctor and I found out I have a std? I know I would have to tell my girlfriend but would I have to tell the boy from my early adolescence? Just confused on what to do if I end up having a std. Please help me. I don't want anyone to find out about what I did when I was young.

Ok this time it's forsure my last question I promise. I remember having a red sore on penis shaft that went away (never showed doctor the sore) and I have a rash that is ezcema that I've had for years. If those were symptoms of a std the boy gave me a along time ago, I would've known by know. Correct?

You can expect your doctor to test you for STDs. Sexually active teens should be tested for common STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea almost any time they show up in a doctor's office. In theory, your sexual history suggests you may not need testing, especially if your girlfriend has never had sex with anyone else. But it is routine practice to test anyway. Many kids in your situation don't give honest sexual histories, and it is safer to overtest in people who don't really need it than to risk missing cases in those who do.

Ok. I've never been tested for any kind of stds. When I go to the doctor based on your experience do you think the doctor would suggest I get tested for anything since my girlfriend and I are sexually active?

Last expsosure to him was a little less than 4 years ago I'm pretty sure to be precise. I would've known if I had a std by this time right?

You would not have a STD from 4 years ago and not know it.

You would not have an STD for 5+ years and not know it. If you have a STD it would be from current gf.
