mystery penis std?

I have had a irratation at that tip and inside the first inch of my penis plus tingling in my feet and somtimes in my hands. Plus flu like symptoms on and off for 5 years now. I'm clear for all std's but this all started right after I had sex with this random girl I met on "plenty of fish" (Dating website), and I had anal sex with her aswell so I thought I caught somthing that way but apparently I'm all clear.  Also I noticed the skin on my penis head started to get rough, it was smooth before but noticed little tiny bumps and the skin just started to look rougher. It's wierd but I know it came from her.

My doctor checked me over and I told him all my symptoms but nothing was ringing a bell for him and to be honest I felt like I was doctoring myself. I would suggest somthing than he would say ok we will test for that than I would think of somthing else and we would test for that, he realy had very little to say. After all test came back negative he said the next step is just to ignore it!! I felt hopeless after he said that and still do. Does anyone have any ideas at all? It seems to be getting worse with time unfortunately.

The reason why I figured it had to be connected to this girl cause it started with a very light irratation to the tip of my penis after I slept with this girl.  What's strange is I always have this irratation but after I pee it will usually feel preaty much feel 100% for literally five minutes or so and than it creeps back in, also eating or drinking loads of sugar like from coke seems to make the symptoms worse.  I guess there's always the possibility it is from somthing else though.

I do not think your symptoms are related to an STD/STI nor are they probably related to the casual encounter 5 years ago.

No doubt you would have had antibiotics during that time to address possible infections.

I think your focus needs to shift as to what the ailment could be and it may be more than one. You may have a back issue, something like glandular fever as well as kidney stones for example.

Either way start afresh with a view that there is an explanation well beyond STD/STI.
