I did my pap the past week, and 2 days after my doctor sent me a single dose of 1g of azithromycin  for me and my partner, I did not know why at that time, but we both took it, 2 days after we have intercourse and then I went to the doctor because I did not have any idea why they sent me those, so they say I have chlamydia, now am I afraid that the medication did not work because we have sex, I have an appointment next monday

Hi yes 2 days would not effectivly treat chlamydia but in most cases if your partner had it he would have symptoms like urethra itching and a gray discharge but if he did not have it there is a chance it could be passed at a 2 day window. again this is all speculation.
