negative uti test with no leukocytes or nitrites. concerned about possible std

In the middle of june i was broken up from my long time boyfriend and had unprotected sex with someone who had onl had 2 previous partners. I am not sure of the std panel results because i did not ask. I took plan b but shortly after my stomach became tender and hurt to put pressure on my lower abdomen. I waited a while but woke up one morning and it burned to pee so i went straight to the doctor. I tested positive for a uti and was given medicine. the burning subsided but the pain to press on my stomach did not. I went back and he gave me amoxicillin. The pain in my lower abdomen did not go away and they never tested for an std because i am not having and weird colored discharge. i decided to go to obgyn and told them my story and they didnt test either. they did a routine urinalysis which came back with no leukocytes or nitrites in my urine. i also had a pelvic ultrasound and they didnt find anything like pid. they did a hormone panel and found mine were off and that i have hypothyroidism. They told me there was no gyn reason for my pain. and have referred me to a GI doctor. based in what i have said what are the likely hood that i have any form of std

Hi stomach pain like your describing is not a symptom of any std but only testing would confirm if you do have any std but testing would be advised if you have vaginal discharge, urethra white puss discharge, burning while urinating or if you have a long term partner.
