about 2 months ago i had an encounter with a csw, portected oral and intercours, a week later and a huge amount of guilt later , i went to the gum clinic where they took a urine sample and done a gram stain test. They told there and then i did not have gonoreha , but i had some bacteria show up on the slide and diagnosed nsu  so treated me for clamydia, 1mg of  azithromycin in a single dose,  the urine sample came back negative for clamydia and gonoreha, since then i have been tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea again,Herpes,Mycoplasma Genitalium,Ureaplasma Urealyticum/Parvum,Trichomonas Vaginalis and Gardnerella/Bacterial Vaginosis,
all came back negative, so what would the bacteria be and will i infect my partner?
i have no symtoms or discharge

You had protected sex. Your multiple tests are negative. You never had an STD. Many men will have normal skin flora bacteria on their gram stain. Since you are not having symptoms the gram stain means nothing. Take care.
