please explain

hi i am a 17 year old male
yesterday i got oral sex from a girl
now i have three small red dots on my penis
on the foreskin
they ressemble popped blood vessels
the glans is where they are located
i am uncircumcised also
they devolped less than 24 hours
i fell asleep around 2-3 AM
i woke up around 8:30 AM
when i woke up the dots were not there
but when i took a pee around 8-9 PM
there were the dots
i didnt take a pee for a while about 4-5 hours
i looked on my anus and testicles
there is nothing
i am very concerned
and my foreskin is very tight i cant stretch it over the head of my penis
i have no symptoms of anykind  
no fever or aches or anything
they do not burn or hurt

PLEASE HELP, THANK YOU

no man i didnt have them before
they were not on my penis before
its was very weird
but yeah it didnt worsen or swell or multiply or anything
im am having no symptoms of what i was reading online
im thinking she might of bit it enough to break skin
or a friction burn or something
do you know where i can get this checked out
a doctor doenst do exams like that in canada
could i go somewhere that doesnt cost money

I didn't read anything of concern as far as STDs.
I bet you anything  those Dots where there before this encounter.

A physican can help you at this point if this is
really worring you --He/she can tell you upon visual that if the dots are normal or not.
