i am 31 years old male  ihad history of unprotected viginal sex 5 months ago on second day icomplain severe urethral pain and burning micturition iused the fowloing drugs :

cipro for 5 days

amoxil and calvulenic acid

azithromycin

cevixime and doxyciclin

cefuroxime tabs

ceftriaxone and azithromycin

and later iused tinidazole 2 gram single dose my symptoms completely improved but 2 days later recure which is burning following mict and double straem urine plz help me

But now icomplain of division of urine stream and severe back and testicular pain following micturition , urine red in color and microscopic analysis show just RBcs no pus cells . All medicatin iused through previous 5 months can't benifit me !. Is this urethral stricture ? My pain is worse.

Hi, having urethra pain 2 days after sex is not std related as takes about a week for any symptoms to develop so your pain would be more in line  of an injury from the act itself.
