hello everyone
3 month ago my condom broke during sex, i almost changed it 2 minutes after that, she had no symptoms of any STDs by the way.
2 weeks ago i noticed a shining spot on my penis top shaft that was not discomforting at all and not itchy and not painful.
i got so nervous and searched all over internet. i thought about all the diseases and anxiety killed me. i cant control my anxiety and i thought i should take a antibiotic (amoxicillin)
past week i have dry mouth and under my penis there are discomforting nodes that are discolored a little bit
there is no pimple i guess
i live in middle east so its hard to reach a trust worthy doctor
please help me

I have seen that before. Very common if the girl is closed more if you know what I mean. Wear and tear. Next time if possible use a water based lubricant or Vaseline if you have. Even if the girl has a lot of wetness.  But it can still happen...cont..

The spots on the under part looks like a normal part of sweating,heat and possible clothing rubbing on the area. Powder to keep the under area dry may help to prevent it to son e degree...cont...

I do believe that in my opinion not diagnoses is that your severe anxiety caused a total body reaction similar to allergic reaction.  Severe anxiety is a real problem that can cause so many odd symptoms in people in different ways . I highly recommend you research on severe anxiety and it's symptoms and how to cope with it in all situations if necessary. Stress caused by anxiety is supposed to be the number one killer as it leads to other problems in the heart....cont..

you know about a month ago i had hyperthermia like symtoms, and it went ok after 3 days, but i thought it mught be a std symptom

so it made me nervous
and after that i searched for std and there was no symtoms in me
and all the sudden i found some symtoms after knowing it might be from those things
and now my under part of penis shaft burning abit and made me more nervous

Hi. Look up severe anxiety.  It will help you in future. If you mean why the bottom part happening now?  If yes. It's because was not from the sex with her. The other part. Should have been there but more sore and red. Now it's just a thin scab. May go away quicker and less dry if you put coconut oil a few times a day. But only on the small dry patch. Not all over as moisture creates good places for bacteria to grow.

hello again
today my skin itch is gone and those discomfort on under of my penis is almost healed. today my lip was a bit more sensitive and now its so soft! based on the fact that last week i had a swollen gland for 2 days and it was cause i pushed it too much. and the fact that my penis discomfort is gone. should i be worry?

I don't think you have any thing to worry about now.  What glands are swollen? When I hear that. It's usually the ones on the sides of our throat. You sound great from less worry . But please do look into anxiety the symptoms and how to keep it under control
