I had sex with a girl in Cambodia last year and have had problems ever since. First it stared with a terrible itch on the scrotum, that lasted for months, no cream helped, then I notices it was getting pain from the testicles and they are always rotating and moving around. My joint are clicking alot and now I have lumps with strange spots on my fore arms, and my wrists are thinning. I have lumps on my head, glands are swollen aswell. Feels like my tendons are stiff and strange sharp pain in arms. Please help I have a test blood and urine and everything was fine.. Thanks in advance for any help.
No but some of those symptoms can relate to a number of STDs, definitely want to test for all and explain the symptoms to your doctor, until then Wait till the results come in and don't self diagnos yourself just yet

Okay, thanks. I will be getting more test asap. Iam so worried , cant help but hunt the internet every night hoping to find some answers, I feel like I'm the only person to have these symptoms. Thanks again
Did they test you for hiv,herpes,and hpv??? Should really find out...places won't even test for it if you don't ask specifically

I got tested for hiv and was negative. Not sure what else they tested for, have you herd of this? My wrists and tendons are all tight.. And i have strange lumps and indents on my skull... Also my finger nails have ridges on them.
Did you go to the doctor or a sexual health clinic?
I would suggest you go check yourself out for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and especially Syphilis.
Syphilis especially can mimic other diseases and usually manifests as a rash on palms or feet... however it can also appear anywhere on th body.
If all those checked out... I suggest going to the general practitioner and mentioning all of that, and see if they can do anything.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I went to both doctor and health clinic... Got tested for all of the above-mentioned, had my blood and urine tested and all was negative. This was before the pains in my arms started. I worry its something they don't test for here, or even worse it is rare and incurable.. I actually feel it could kill me. I am going to go back to the clinic asap. Thanks again. Hopefully someone has some knowledge of this somewhere
