small painless lump on top of meatus
hello,
From last 2-4 months i have been noticing a small swollen balloon like raised skin on top of my meatus, i am virgin,
uncircumcised, and i masturbate once/twice daily, Is this because of my daily masturbation habit or anything else, I never get pain or irritation while urination it is completely painless. even when i press it. it is like small balloon like fluid filled ball please help me out with our suggestions.

Could be a blister since you do masturbate especially if you are rubbing it against your underwear or some clothing. It is not a STD.
