syphilis after treatment

Hi doctors, I am a 26 female. I got a positive test for syphilis 3 weeks ago and immediately got treatment with one dose of penicillin. The doctor asked me to to the follow-up test six weeks from then. However I will be out of the country by then so I asked to do the follow-up test next week, that is, 4 weeks after the treatment. I want to know if the results from then will be conclusive to see whether the infection is already gone. Can I have sexual activity for now?
Thank you very much?

Hi thanks for your answer. If the tier is lower does is mean that I don't have any virus any more in my body and thus can be seen as clear? Thanks!

The syphilis test will probably still be positive. But if the Tier is lower then it shows that the medication worked.

Hi, sorry to bother you, but why did you decide to test for syphilis. Did you experience any symptoms or something??
