If they are due to the infection, they should clear up within a week of treatment. If you aren't sure what is going on and are concerned, return to your provider for another exam in another week or two. You don't mention that they hurt so odds are that they aren't herpes related.

You can get rashes from infections. Also sometimes what are just "normal" bumps down yonder, become more pronounced when we have infections or dry, irritated genital skin too.  Did your provider say anything about these bumps when you showed them to them?

I HAD UNPROTECTED ORAL SEX RECENTLY AND ABOUT A WEEK LATER I FOUND BUMPS IN THE OPENING OF MY VIGINA, SO THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GO GET A PAP SMEAR, MY TEST CAME BACK STD FREE BUT I DID HAVE AN BACTERIAL INFECTION AND HE GAVE ME MEDS WHICH WAS TO TREAT GARDNERELLA, IVE TAKEN MY MEDS 2 TIMES A DAY FOR 7 DAYS BUT THE BUMPS ARE STILL THERE. WHAT I WANNA KNOW IS...........

1. ARE THE BUMPS FROM MY BACTERIAL INFECTION?
2. IF SO HOW LONG DOES THE BUMPS STAY THERE AFTER I'VE FINISHED MY MEDS?
3.SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT THINGS SUCH AS HERPES OR WARTS?
4.IF I HAD ANYTHING LIKE HERPES OR WARTS WOULD HAVE CAME UP ON MY PAP WITH THE BACTERIAL INFECTION?

It probably is you just thinking way too much about this whole thing.

Recognize your behavior and take steps to change it.  If you know you are going to get anxiety attacks from unprotected sex/unprotected oral sex, stop having it . If you don't have a condom, just say no. Won't kill ya I promise ya!   If you know you have problems with anxiety, seek out professional help to learn better ways of dealing with stress in your life.

Hi, me too. I received unprotected oral sex and today is already the 22nd day post exposure. I really feel stress out.

Please keep me posted of your development, maybe we can share.

Your risk was low and without discharge at this point you can probably rule out gonorrhea and NGU. Syphilis is rare and not a major concern. Herpes is possible but without any sores I would not be concerned.

So overall you can forget about this and move along with life.
