unprotected oral sex and STDs/STIs
Hi Experts,
I am 27 years old male. With my new girlfriend I had unprotected oral sex(hardly 1-2 mins) and 2-3 mins protected oral sex and protected vaginal sex last saturday night 21-10-2017 which is three days back.
Since yesterday morning I am feeling my penis tip and below left side penis head inside foreskin itching like tingling sensation. I am uncircumcised man. My penis tip where urine comes out is feeling little burning while peeing. And I have noticed that my penis head skin is dry and something like dry semen on my penis head or some thing like dry skin. I tried to see if it is peeling off but no, it was not like peeling off.
I am drinking 2-3 three beers or 1-2 whiskey during last three days as i was vacation and last two days I have noticed that I am drinking less water too. also i was mastrubating once in night.
Can you please help to understand what is this and this is related to STDs from last unprotected oral sex encounter.

Hi what your describing would appear more of a friction irritation as any std infection would be inside your urethra not the tip.

Thank you so much for you quick answer. Just in case if i was infected with stds, what is the fact to show symptoms in 2.5 days like the one i described. Yes you are right it might be friction because i mastrubated faster than normal or slow. and also, i would like to know regardless of friction what is my chance it to be stds symptoms. I have no other symptoms or change on skin of penis. I have headache and sore throat but it is there more than 2 weeks before my last unprotected oral sex.
no std shows symptoms in 2-3 days
Now it makes me really feel relax.

From one of reply from Dr. H it was mentioned that gono, chlaymdia are common among youngsters and where and it will shows symptoms as soon as 1 week. and also, Herpes 1, or syphillis are rare to compare to gono and chlaymdia. For Herpes 1, or syphillis and there must be open sore or bumps on genetic area.
I didnt not do sex without condom. only she performed 1-2 mins blowjob to me.
On from this situation what are the stds i may get.
