very tiny growths on penis and on body

hello. ever since i was a small boy, maybe around age ten or eleven, i started to develope these small fleshlike "growths" on the sides of my penis head and tiny dots on the upper part of the head and a few on the shaft. around this same time, i noticed that one of my wrists and a few of my fingers were starting to develope these same tiny little dots on my skin. i have lived with this stuff for over twelve years and not once have i ever had any sort of breaks in my skin, oozing, open sores, crusted areas...nothing. i have read up on all the std's that there are and have looked at many pictures online to see if what I have could be an std. everything i have found leads me to believe that i do not, but i don't understand what this stuff on my body is. i don't know how it could be an std when I started to notice changes as a small child. the first time i ever had sex was when i was 17 and condoms were used everytime. i did however participate in oral sex, but my girlfriend never once displayed any symptoms of sickness or anything and we were together for four years. i have no trouble going to the bathroom or performing sexually, and when it is erect, the head and these "growths" and "dots" seem to disappear and then when it is complete, it goes back to it's old look, so i am very confused about this whole dilemma. i have noticed since i have gotten older that the "dots" i have seen appear on a few places on my body have faded away, but every now and then i can look at my fingers, wrists, etc. and can still see a few blimishes, but again no scaring, no rough scabs, nothing. about two years ago i noticed that my left foot was starting to develope these "dots" on my big toe and on the upper pad of my foot. again, no scaring, no scabing. today the foot looks as good as new. i have tried in the past to pinch these "dots" and see what comes out but they are usually just filled with a tiny tiny amount of clear fluid and then it bleeds for about 5 seconds and stops. i don't know if this is a rash, a std, i am clueless. this has been haunting me my whole entire life. i would like start dating again and one day have a family of my own but I am scared that will never happen due to all this "stuff" that has invaded my body. again i started seeing changes when i was a very small boy so i don't know what this could be. i have been to the doctor many times for checkups and such and everytime I go, i get a good visit. i also had a orasure hiv swab done about 4 years ago for insurance reasons, but everything went fine, so maybe you can see why I am a little concerned. please help me figure out what this could be. i am very worried it is something bad, but i am in overall good health. thank you very much!

no but we have a family doctor who is a demetologist and i have asked him about std's, etc. he told me that one of the easiest ways to tell if it is an std is if you urinate two streams. he said that genital herpes is a little like a fever blister that eventually breaks open and is very painful. he also said that genital warts are more cauliflower like. he told me if i had one, that i would have known it by now since I first saw these changes when i was ten or eleven. what i have is neither of those things. again they have never blead, broke open, oozed out, or have grown into big warts. it might possibly be skin tags...i haven't thought of that.

Sounds like skin tags. Have you ever had a Dr look at them?
