worried to get herpes from receiving oral sex

I m 29 yr male.  A week before i went to a massage parlour, while giving a massage, all of sudden the masseur started licking my penis, it continued for 5-10 seconds. I felt this odd and asked him to stop. There was no ejaculation, no friction  and no visible sore on his lips. But after that on the same night  I started feeling burning sensation on my penis head. I started taking Doxy 100 mg twice a day from the second day of this episode. The burning sensation has now subsided to a great extent but I can notice painless small pink tiny dots ( like point)  all over the penis gland.
I m very much concerned about HSV from this single episode of oral sex. Is it HSV symptom  or any other std ?

today is the 9th day and for last seven days I have been noticing small slightly raised bumps   (more like dots) all over the penis gland. Though they are not causing any itching or pain yet they are a cause of concern for me as I have never noticed anything like this before.
1) Is this a initial symptom of Herpes or is this how Herpes outbreak occurs ?
2) Is there any reported case of HSV-2 infection from receiving oral sex only?

It’s unlikely she has hsv2 of the mouth.  Hsv-2 doesn’t like to infect the mouth. Hsv-1 is far more likely. Something like 70 percent of the population has HSV1 but a tiny minority of people have it on the genitals. If she had no obvious sore on her lip you have no concern about getting HSV-1 of the genitals. What you describe doesn’t sound like HSV

very low risk and if she did not have any lip sores its close to zero

Hi in the real world you cant get herpes from licking but takes rubbing to force the virus into a nerve also herpes virus would not be on her tongue but on her lips.

Sorry for the work 'Licking" , I mean he gave me a oral sex (BJ) for 5-10 sec.  Is there any chance to get HSV from this short encounter?  Do you know someone who has acquired HSV-2 from receiving oral sex ?
Yes people have gotten HSv-1 on the genitals from oral sex. It’s not common but happens. Unless they were starting to come up with a sore or had a sore present the risk was pretty close to no risk. You shouldn’t be worried
