11 weeks after oral to women

So about 11 weeks I gave oral to a woman. I did have protected sex with her. 4 weeks passed and I had sex again with her twice in one day, it was also with a condom on.  She claimed std free.  A month after the last encounter I got diareah and became bloated. Diareah lasted almost 5 days. Bloating lasted about a week. After the the bloating was done I had the urgency to pee a lot more. I was maybe 10 a day. I didn't have any burning or any discharge. I did feel feel something after I pee like tingling/discomfort. Now I pee normally but I get that discomfort after the pee, my back hurt for 3 days around my kidney area. My feet does hurt a lot. I wrk in a job that requires standing for 8 hours. I want to add that my son accidently hit my balls. And my balls hurt for a week also they don't hurt much but they still do. I do have a wife which I'm concern if I have contracted std/ngu etc. also coffee irritates really bad when I pee. Right now right balls hurts, discomfort after peeing, kidney area hurts once a while. My right foot hurts bad too.

I'm no doctor but I think I might have a inguinal hernia. I feel there's a lump on my right side of testicle. It's above the penis to the right. I will visit doctor. Sorry I know it's not an std related

No symptom you have is of a STD. But since you have a partner I would recommend testing to be sure and might want to think about not having sex outside of your marriage.
