ANY STD TEST NEEDED OR NOT

Dear Team,

I m new in this application. I like to know whether I have hiv or any other STD. For 1 month I m feeling not well like slight fever tiredness and all. I thought this is the symptoms of COVID 19. When I check for corona test it comes negative. When I thought  to see a doctor I explain him all the problems I m facing. He told me to take a blood test for Ige Antibody test. The result comes it comes 450 higher than the normal range. The normal range it shows 0-250.

I have done a sex with a girl with condom on May 2020

I just want to know I m living with HIV or not. It is a normal allergy or not.

Please help me..

So an IgE test won't find any STDs. It looks for allergic responses in the body. I'm not a doctor, and certainly not an allergist, but you need to follow up with your doctor to find out why yours is so high. It does NOT mean you have an STD.

STDs are not allergies. They are infections, like covid, strep throat, a cold, the flu.

You used a condom, so you couldn't have gotten HIV from your partner, or things like gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.

Do you have any symptoms of an STD? Do you have a discharge, pain when you urinate, any sores or blisters? If you don't, I see no reason to think you have an STD.

Your test results should be followed up on. Give your doctor a call today, and ask for a referral to an allergist.

Dear Auntiejessi

Thank you for your reply

I want to ask you I dont know the girl has HIV or any other STD / STI. IF has do I have a risk of getting HIV or STD/STI.  But I m feeling Fatigue and mild flu like symptoms.
You used a condom, and have already been advised that you had no risk for HIV.

Using a condom means your risk of an STD are very low. I don't know what is causing your fatigue and flu like symptoms, but an STD wouldn't cause those. Most likely, whatever is causing your elevated IgE is causing that.

Talk to your doctor about your test. It's not an STD concern.
Thank you my friend....

Hi, since you used a condom then no bacteria could get inside your penis for HIV so no testing is needed. However there is a small risk for herpes and syphilis and you would need to test specifically for these if your concened.
