After 2 years. Any chance of developing std?

So 2 years ago I had some encounters with sex workers and always used protection for oral and vaginal sex. While doing so I always made sure that my uncovered genital parts did not touch hers. If there was, it was only for a few seconds.

Since then I never had any noticeable symptoms and two years had passed.

Does that mean I am safe?

It sounds like you are safe, but the only way to know is to test. I'm sure you will be negative for everything, but if you want to know for sure, test.
