Blood extraction puncture

Hi!

This week I had a routinary blood test. One hour after the blood extraction I travelled by metro to my workplace. In the metro my arm contacted a, let's say, not clean and not healthy looking person's clothes.

My question is whether the blood extraction puncture is a possible STD transmission path one hour after the extraction or healing of this type of wounds is fast and the input path is rapidly closed. Thanks in advance!

Best regards.

STD's have that name for a reason, require sex.

Hi Vance2335!

Thank you very much for your reply. I don't agree with your comment. HIV or Hepatitis transmission for example are not limited to sex. They can also happen (even if it is less probable) while sharing a tootbrush or while playing a sport if two players are bleeding.

Best regards.

HIV questions post in the HIV forum, same thing with HEP.
HIV is not a risk from those above situations.
