Burning during urination

For the past few weeks when I get up in the morning it really burns when I urinate.  I went to the doctor and had tests run for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and both came back negative.  The Dr. put me on an antibiotic and it cleared up.  But, it has come back.  It's just at the tip of my penis that it burns.  I have no idea what to think.  I have been masturbating a lot lately (sometimes 3 times a day) with lotion and sometimes a silicone-based lubricant, but I've never heard of this causing the burning that I'm experiancing.  Any ideas??

I did provide all of the symptoms.  The only symptom is the burning during urination, and as I said it is worse in the morning and only somtimes hurts during the day.  There was an oral sex encounter prior, which I informed my Dr. of as well.  I wouldn't have been tested for Gonorrhea or Chlamydia and whatever else they tested for otherwise.

please let us know if there was a sexual encounter prior to your symptoms beginning.  If there was no sex involved (oral, vaginal, anal) then vance is probably correct, but if there was any unprotected oral sex involved then there are other bugs that may be causing your issues.

The fact that you experience pain throughout the day is another clue.  Please provide all symptoms if you want a complete answer.

Yes.  I mean it sort of hurts during the day, but not as it does in the mornings.

Sounds like irritation more then a STD and with the negative test highly doubt a STD. Only in the morning it hurts?
