COULD I GET STD or HIV FROM UNPROTECTED SEX?

Last Oct. 19 this year, I met a guy from US. He came to my country because he has a conference to attend. On that day, we had an unprotected sexual intercourse. I told him to wear condom but he's hesitant. He said that it is okay because he is in medicine and he knows what he is doing. He pulled it out before he ejaculated. Aside from that, he used a lube to do lubrication since his couldn't enter because it was way too big for me. He also used a vibrator to arouse me.

I was worried after that unprotected contact we had. My menstruation came too early like after 3 days we had contacted. And few days and nights, I have noticed that I am feeling sick and always have night sweats. There was also a time that I woke up shaking. Then 13days have past, I still feel sick. I have experiencing itchiness down there. I have discharges but just little. Its not even smelly. I had urinalysis and it's negative. I also experience dry lips but it was gone after 3 days. Right now, I am having a burn-like feeling on my skin. My right abdomen is occassionally in pain and there's an urged to poo even if I did it twice today. I have body pain, feeling nauseated, have a cold sweats, fatigue. My vagina canal feels like there is burning sensation and it's like falling but I took Funzela for this only once and it is still feeling the same.
Now my questions are these:

1. Could I possibly get STD or HIV from the once unprotected sex I had with him?

2. Even if he said he hasn't contacted anyone before our contact, could he still have a STD or HIV?

3.  If this is not STD or HIV then what is this?

Hope you can help me in enlightening my problem. Your answers would be a great help.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding my question number 2, I asked the man if he has an intercourse before we had our intercourse. He said that he did not and he always have a test every six months since he is working as a nurse. But I am just worried because it's my first time to have this odd feelings like being feverish, nigh sweating, fatigue. I went to the obgyne and she said that I have discharges inside my vagina. She just got a swab and have it for a lab testing which will take about a week. I just cannot wait for the result. I am getting paranoid already because I searched in the internet regarding the symptoms of HIV and I became worried that I have it.
