Can HPV warts show up twenty years later? (handjob / hpv)

I had a view handjobs. I read a lot of confllicting information about HPV chances. If i get warts from HPV will it say i have been cheating of is possible it's an outbreak of twenty years before?

There is really a lot of misinformation out there, isn't there?  Hopefully AuntJessie's post discussing that hand jobs don't lead to std's or hpv transmission will relieve your anxiety.

Yes, a lot of contradicting information. What i understand from it, it's theorectically possible, but never seen. So i'm trying to chill down. My brains are messing me up. :-(

You can't get HPV from handjobs.

Hands don't transmit STDs. I'll give some other links that will help at the end. You should be careful about covid, though. That won't say you're cheating, but you and your partners should both be wearing masks, at least.

Thank you for your explanation. So from what i understand chances are zero or close to zero and if i got wrats or my partner it could be of an infection of decades before. Trying to chill down :-)
Chances are zero from handjobs for all STDs, including HPV.

HPV usually clears the body within 2 years - 90% clear in that time frame. It is very unusual to get HPV symptoms years later. I'd be surprised if you did decades later. It sounds like you may be working through some guilt, so try to remember that guilt doesn't equal risk.
And HPV doesn't mean you get the symptoms right? So not everyone is getting warts?
Whether or not you get warts depends on the strain, and even then, a lot of people don't get symptoms. There are some strains that never give you warts, and some that do, but even with the type that do, it doesn't guarantee that you'll get them.

Again though, you had no risk with handjobs.
Thanks! Yes i have to find my way through shame and guilt. I'm confusing it with risk right now. When i look at my penis i see, at least, five things that i can see as a SOA now, just because i'm afraid and felling guilty. So, thank you again for your information, i'm gonna work on my issues now!
